1. Order Processing
1. Order Processing Order processing includes tasks such as payment and customer verification required to prepare your order for fulfillment
Processing time: 1-2 Business Days2. Estimated Shipping Duration
Fulfillment durations refers to the time it takes to finalize, package and ship your order. Note that this is separate from the delivery timeline provided by your chosen shipping method.

Custom Orders- Fully customized products tailored to client specifications (e.g., length, texture) — Rush Fee (Add-on) – This will reduce the wait period based on client needs.

3. Business Days & U.S Holidays
Business operations, include order processing and customer service, are conducted Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
Saturday-Sunday are non-business days.

4.Calculating Your Shipping Window
To calculate your estimated shipping window :
Identify the first business day after your order is placed.
Reference the fulfillment duration for your type (above)
Exclude weekends and observed holidays
Use the calculated timeframe to estimate when your order will be dispatched
5.Order Status, Updates and Tracking
We keep you informed through two key emails:
Please make sure the email provided is active as it will be used for the purposes of communication for your order.
Order Confirmation email: Sent immediately after purchase, including order number and details.
Shipping Confirmation Email: Sent once your order is shipped, with tracking information (tracking may take up to 72 business hours to update)
Tracking your order: Use the Tracking link in your email or enter the tracking number on the shipping website for real-time updates
6.Shipping methods
Shipping methods are selected during checkout and do not affect the processing time.
UPS Ground: Standard delivery in 2-5 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
UPS Next Day Air (Express): Expedited delivery (additional fees apply; processing times remains unchanged)
Local pickup: Available for local customers to save on shipping fees.
7.Shipment Delivery
Once the package is shipped, delivery is managed by UPS. Based on the ship method chose will dictate arrival/delivery. UPS will provide updates via tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
For delays or questions regarding your package, please contact UPS, as they have the most accurate up to date information.
8.Shipment Delays
While we aim to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:
Order Volume: High demand during sales and holidays
Weather and Natural Events: Disruptions caused by severe weather or natural disasters
Carrier Issues: Operational disruption within UPS’s system.
We’ll contact updates as needed, but tracking your package directly via UPS is recommended for the most accurate details.
9.Lost/Stolen Packages
While we strive to provide dependable and safe shipping serviced through UPS, in an event of a lost or stolen package :

Responsibility shifts to carrier (UPS) once the package is in their possession

Use tracking to monitor your shipments progress. All packages will be covered by insurance through UPS.
